REN formulates without sulfates, mineral oil, petrolatum, parabens, synthetic fragrances, and other potentially irritating synthetics, using bioactive plant and marine extracts instead. Unilever acquired REN in 2015, and the brand has since intensified its sustainability commitments, including a pledge to achieve zero waste by 2025 and using 100% recycled packaging.
